An international idea with a local home.
AMSP was founded in October 2018 in Berlin, Germany, where the concept behind its different brands and service areas began to take shape.
The business vision was later developed further in the Dominican Republic, combining international service experience with the opportunities, relationships and local knowledge of Puerto Plata.
Today AMSP operates from Puerto Plata while maintaining the international perspective that has been part of the company from the beginning.
Gilbert Rodriguez
Known professionally as Gilbert Rodriguez, the founder and CEO of AMSP brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, customer service and business development.
A German and Dominican national, his international experience has been shaped through professional and entrepreneurial work in Spain, the Dominican Republic and Germany, providing a multicultural perspective on hospitality, tourism and client service.
During his years in Germany, Gilbert developed the concepts and business vision that would later evolve into the AMSP family of brands, connecting travel, real estate, digital services and personalized local solutions.
Today, from Puerto Plata, he leads AMSP with a philosophy based on personal service, international experience, strong local relationships and practical solutions tailored to each client.
